6900 Series Lifetime Guarantee

1. This warranty applies to the original purchaser, as defined below, provided the products are installed and maintained in accordance with Valley Glass's instructions and good construction practice. The original purchaser shall be defined as (1) the first purchaser and resident of a newly constructed owner-occupied single family home with the 6900/6800 series WINDOWS installed, or (2) the homeowner who purchases the 6900/6800 series WINDOWS as a replacement for an existing owner-occupied home. This lifetime guarantee may not be assigned or transferred.
2. This warranty is limited and does not cover the following: Products that are not paid for; glass breakage; Products used in non-vertical glazing; altered or reinstalled Products; problems relating to applied finishes, applied sealants or caulking; insulating Unit seal failure that is incident to glass breakage; failures caused by applications of films, damage due to abuse, harmful fumes, vapors and chemicals; improper installation; incorrect use or application; Units larger than standard insulating glass Units specified in Valley Glass's Product catalog; normal wear and tear; uniform fading or color change due to normal weather conditions; natural weathering or acts of God.
3. Valley Glass reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to any of its Products. If the Products or components covered by the warranty are not available, Valley Glass shall have the right to furnish a substitute, replacement component or Product that, in Valley Glass's opinion, is of equal quality or value or at Valley Glass's option refund the original purchase price without interest. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. To obtain service under this warranty contact your 6900/6800 series authorized dealer.
